Look this place is trying to improve, I have been in much worse and paid more. People who give bad reviews should realize that for the price it’s pretty damn good. They should be given a break if they refuse to rent rooms to people viewed as undesirable they would have legal problems. Work together stay in this place and don’t damage it

You get what you pay for. It's not too bad. Yes, there are bugs but I know for a fact that they DO exterminate twice a month. They are currently remodeling the rooms. New beds, furniture, and paint. I can stay here for around $1,000 per month. Everything is included. To me, it's cheaper than having an apartment plus utilities. I rather like it honestly.

It's a hidden gem. The room rates are reasonable. It reminds me of one of motels you stop at while traveling
